The hotel was in a great location, close to the city center and fashionable shops. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room wassuper clean and cozy. The breakfast had a good variety of options.

The bathroom products had a floral scent that some may find too strong.

This hotel is in the center of the city, just a short walk from the train station and Ponte Vecchio. The rooms are spacious and soundproof, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The staff is helpful and friendly, providing excellent service. The breakfast selection is good, with options like freshly squeezed pomegranate juice. Additionally, there is a wonderful little restaurant around the corner that guests can enjoy.

The dining area in the hotel could be a bit small and uncomfortable for all the guests.

The hotel is perfectly located, close to everything. It is situated in a quiet street but has easy access to all the main attractions. You can easily reach museums and shops for ladies, as well as the train station and major sites. The rooms are well-appointed and super clean, with a cozy home-like feel. The breakfast is delicious and the staff is professional and eager to assist.

The dark carpets in the hotel rooms are not to my liking, as they seem to hide dirt.

Really good service and staff, particularly Carlo at the front desk, were pretty good to help with our rental car return. The location is excellent, within walking distance of major attractions and designer shops. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are nice. The free continental breakfast is fantastic, with attentive staff and a great selection. I highly recommend this hotel.

Staying at this luxurious hotel was an experience of a lifetime. the exclusive amenities of this venue fulfilled all our refined needs. the service provided was impeccable, and they ensured our stay was nothing short of magical. the Spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi were of the highest standard. We enjoyed refreshing massages at the Spa centre, while the Spa lounge was a relaxing place to wind down.

the exclusive nature of the room advantages more than made up for this small downside.

This hotel is absolutely luxurious! the exclusive amenities provided met all our needs and made our stay very comfortable. the service was impeccable, and the restaurant served us a delicious continental breakfast with special diet menus available. the Spa centre was very relaxing and had massage services.

the hotel staff seemed a bit confused and made some little errors or things that weren't quite working, such as the coffee/tea in the lobby.

I had the pleasure of staying at a luxury hotel in Florence. The hotel is ideally located between the River and the Duomo, surrounded by designer shops. The design of the hotel is very Florentine, which added to the charm of my stay. What more could I want?
